So, I got the opportunity to use this juice extractor in a commercial kitchen last week and I’ve been waiting to share it. Now I have the time! So let me tell you about this juice extractor.
Man, I wish I could have taken this beauty home. I’m actually saving up for one of these for myself, it pretty much outdoes everything else I’ve bought in my juicing journey. I did a LOT of reading and preparing for this, just to share with you all. I was so elated when I was able to test one of these out and see it up close and personal. This thing is honestly just, so amazing.
If you’re here on this page looking at this juicer, I think you might know your stuff, because this is a serious machine. But just in case, let me just first say that this is my blog on juicers and blenders. I am a serious lover of juicing, juice cleanses, and making delicious smoothies. But I don’t just stop there! I also had the opportunity to practice cleaning it. Omega says that it’s easy to clean, but I had a harder time cleaning it, but maybe that was because it’s quite larger than what I’ve been using at home!
So, with that note, let me mention a couple of the other downsides that I learned about from the person who was allowing me to test theirs. The company (Omega) is super generous with their 15-year-warranty. I think that might be because there are occasional cracks in the main juicing container. Apparently, it had to be replaced a couple of times. That isn’t too large of a deal, though. In fact, I think it’s pretty manageable that something with such an easy fix is the main complaint of many people.
Final Thoughts:
Again, I want to emphasize that in closing, this is one of the most impressive juicers I’ve ever personally used. Like, this was an experience more than anything else. Also, I made some freaking DELICIOUS wheatgrass smoothies, and I got to watch it make pasta too. Incredible. I think by FAR the pros outweigh the cons here. I am really a fan of the Omega NC900HDC!
