As you may know by now (or not!) my name is Donna, and I’m here to talk to you about juicing recipes that can help you detox your body and lose weight. Yes! Recipes that actually work! There is nothing more annoying than spending my time researching and preparing meals that I was told will help on my detox journey only to find out at the end of the week that I am no better than when I just started!   4. Wash the spinach and chop it.

  5. Juice all of the ingredients.

  6. Stir well.

  • 1 beetroot
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root

Instructions:

  1. Remove the top and bottom of the beetroot, then scrub it clean.
  2. Peel the carrots and chop them.
  3. Wash the celery and chop it.
  4. Peel and chop the ginger root.
  5. Juice all of the ingredients.
  6. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
  7. Stir well.
